The “Haus Sprecher” is idyllically situated in the village of Samnaun-Ravaisch, only 300 m from the Viderjochbahn 2 lift. Thanks to the fantastic panoramic location, you can enjoy a unique view of the Samnaun mountains and the Samnaun valley from your balcony.
Our house was built in 1997 and has been maintained and preserved with great attention to detail to this day. We are looking forward to welcoming and pampering you.
A wonderful hiking trail starts in immediate proximity, which invites you to go on short hikes in both winter and summer. For those who prefer to take it easy, the cable car is available in the immediate vicinity of the house. The valley station can either be reached on foot in a few minutes or by local bus. The bus stop can be found 2 minutes from Haus Sprecher.
All six-holiday apartments in the Sprecher house are comfortably and conveniently furnished. They each have a balcony or terrace, from where you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine and wonderful views in the morning. A small in-house sauna area with sauna / sanarium completes your holiday experience. There is a ski depot and free Wi-Fi is also available.
